Remote Filming is a Software as a Service (SaaS) development company focused on Streaming film and TV shoots. The underlying technology of Remote Filming makes the delivery, maintenance and tech support easier for both film technicians and viewers / end users.
The Remote Filming team strongly believe ‘good for the business’ should also means ‘good for the customers’.
We need 2 Remote Technical Support Engineers. You can be based anywhere in the world as the work is done remotely. The main tasks of the role are to both install and operate our Remote Filming live streaming system. This includes walking clients through the streaming app after the install and then being available throughout shoots to provide technical support for them. This also includes providing tech support for viewers who may need assistance.
Full training will be given.
