App doesn’t connect to the Room

Why? #

If the Remote Filming app is saying “Cannot connect to Room’ when you hit “Start Stream’ this will be because you either have no connection to the internet, a very slow connection or latency either from the connection or the Wifi router is too far away. 

Solutions #

The fastest way to solve this is to use a different internet connection. If this is not possible try to connect directly to the router via ethernet or move as close to the router as possible if only Wifi is possible.
